- Michael was engaged to conduct an independent review of the training and assessment approach used for specific CIT subjects.

- Engaged by the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM) to lead the program to develop a Project Management Certification Framework.
- As part of this project, Michael:
- Developed and managed the engagement; - Developed the Assessment Strategy for the PMCF; - Developed a Candidate Guide; and - Managed the development of contextualised competency standards.
