Canberra Institute of Technology

  • Michael was engaged to conduct an independent review of the training and assessment approach used for specific CIT subjects.
  • Michael recently chaired the Program Reference Group for the establishment of the Diploma of Project Management at CIT.

  • Michael was engaged to perform a range of assessment services for staff in Canberra leading to project management qualifications and certifications at AQF4, 5 & 6.

Program Managers Certification Framework

  • Engaged by the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM) to lead the program to develop a Project Management Certification Framework.
  • As part of this project, Michael:

- Developed and managed the engagement;
- Developed the Assessment Strategy for the PMCF;
- Developed a Candidate Guide; and
- Managed the development of contextualised competency standards.

CEA Technologies

  • Michael was engaged to perform a range of assessment, mentoring and consulting services for staff in Canberra leading to project management qualifications and certifications through the Australian Institute of Project Management at AQF4, 5 & 6.

Kellogg, Brown & Root (Government Operations Division)
